About & Contact

CONCEPT:The Philosophy of iDeats Lab.

Japan is a country where the world’s “gastronomic treasures” gather. The food culture and dining environment that we Japanese enjoy daily are of an extremely high standard globally, overflowing with astonishing “Value for Money.”

In recent years, as the number of inbound travelers seeking authentic experiences has surged, superficial information has flooded the internet. That is precisely why we want to extract and deliver truly valuable, premium local experiences and gastronomic tips that satisfy intellectual curiosity as “actionable intelligence.” From this desire, “iDeats Lab.” was born.

PROFILE:Founder / Chief Editor

A creator in his 40s living a “dual life,” traveling between bases in Japan and the Philippines. Leveraging the expertise in content editing and curation cultivated through a long career at an advertising agency, he supervises all content across this platform.

Insights and tips related to “Gastronomy,” “Whisky,” and “Gear” that I have deeply explored and been inspired by through my passions. Rather than letting these end as mere personal records, I want to share them with adults worldwide to further enrich your lifestyles. That is the ultimate mission of this Lab.
